Steam Inject Module
The Steam Inject Module is one method used to increase the relative humidity in your isolator. The injector takes plant steam and improves the quality prior to injecting the steam into the chamber.
There are two versions of the Steam Inject Module:
• The Fixed Length unit, used in most chambers, is smaller and protrudes a fixed amount through a sanitary fitting.
• The Adjustable Length unit, used in chambers with jacketed walls, is larger and protrudes through the sanitary fitting via an adjustable swage-type fitting.
Both injectors are mounted in the chamber using a 1½" sanitary port. A steam source and drain are required.
