Steridox-Steamer
The Steridox-Steamer is a unique dual mode sterilizer. It can be used as a standard autoclave for those product that can withstand heat or it can be used as an ambient temperature gas sterilizer using Chlorine Dioxide. This dual mode versatility allows you to maximize your capital investment and your floor space utilization.
The sterilizer is designed for use in any pharmaceutical, manufacturing, laboratory, research or surgical setting. The sterilizer provides a rapid and highly effective method to sterilize medical devices, sterile products, instruments, and components.
The Steridox-Steamer utilizes a rugged industrial control system. It features a sophisticated sterilent concentration monitoring system to assure a tightly controlled sterilization process facilitating parametric release. All instrumentation, including the photometer for concentration monitoring, is easily calibrated to traceable standards.
The process is easy to validate due to the repeatable cycle, tight process control, and highly accurate sterilent monitoring system.
A run record is produced that contains: date, cycle time, cycle steps, as well as temperature, pressure, and chlorine dioxide concentration.
The sterilizer is available in a variety of sizes to meet your processing needs. Automated sliding doors are standard. The chamber and doors are constructed of 316L stainless steel to provide an exceptionally long life. The unit is enclosed in stainless steel, easily removable panels.
